Adding Knowledge, Skills, and Long Term Goals in the Advanced Template

To add a knowledge or skill item to the template, open the stage one section, then click the "+Add New" link next to the Knowledge and Skill header. Choose whether to add either a Knowledge item or a Skill, then click the "Choose" button. In the form that appears, enter the text of the element and click the add button. The pop-up closes, and the new Knowledge or Skill appears beneath the section title.



You can edit, sort, or delete Knowledge and Skills using the red icons to the right of the item.


To add a Long Term Goal, click the "+Add New" link next to the section title. The pop-up window opens and presents a dropdown of the Long Term Goals in the system. If there are no Long Term Goals in the database, the drop down will be empty and you will need to press the "X" in the upper right hand corner to close the pop-up. Otherwise, select the Long Term Goal that pertains to this unit and click "Add." Repeat this process until all pertinent Long Term Goals have been added.
