The Unit Portfolio: Peer Units

You can view the scheduled units that your peers have designed by going to the peer units section of the portfolio. To see the peer units, start at the "My Units" list and click the "Get Peer Unit" link above the list.



You will see a list of peer units displayed. The units are listed by the scheduled date, the later the date the higher the unit will be in the list.

Like all of the unit lists, you can filter the results by clicking the "Show Filter" link in the gray box above the list. Select the criteria you wish to filter on and click the "Filter" button.

You can view the template of the units in the list by clicking the title of the unit. The template will be in "view only" mode, and you will not be able to make changes to the unit.


Making a Copy of Peer Unit for Yourself:
You can create a copy of a peer unit by clicking the red "Make Mine" icon next to the unit in the peer units list. The new copy will appear in the "My Units" list of the unit portfolio. From the unit template, the same "Make Mine" icon will appear on the left side of the page.

The new unit is independent of the original peer unit. Changes you make to the copy will not affect the original unit.


Note: Some administrators turn off the ability to view peer units. If your administrator has done this, the "Get Peer Unit" link will not appear in your portfolio.
