Administrators: Creating Subscription-wide Reusable Rubrics

In order to perform this operation, a user must have permission to edit framework. For more information about permissions, please see topic 1.

To create reusable rubrics for use by all designers, go to the Curriculum Framer home page and find the heading "Subscription Administration". Click the "Rubrics" link.



The next page displays a list of rubric traits already created, if any, and allows you to add to the list by entering a title for a new trait.



Type in the title of the rubric trait and click the ADD button. The new trait will appear in the list. Next, click the "View Levels" link next to the title of the new trait and you will be taken to a form where you can enter the description for each level of the rubric trait.



Up to 6 levels can be created for each trait. Enter a title and description for each of the levels you wish to add to the trait. If you don't need all six, leave the extras blank. When you have entered all desired information, click the "Update Trait" button to save your level descriptions and return to the trait list.

The rubric traits you create here will be available to all designers in your subscription when building units using the advanced UbD template.
