Administrators: User Management

From the home page of Curriculum Framer, under "Subscription Administration" heading, click browse users. You will be shown a list of the registered users on the site. If there are more than 35 users, use the "pages" links at the top of the list to see further pages of users.

To search for a specific user or a specific group of users, use the filter in the grey area above the list. You can search users by grades taught, subjects taught, or on a key word (such as a last or first name). In order to appear in the grade and subject filters, a user must have identified that grade or subject as one he or she teaches from within his or her account information.

Click any of the user names to send an email to him or her. This requires that your email client be set up.

Any user can be given subscription administration rights, which provides them access to all the features in the subscription administration menu. To add or remove the rights, click the link in the User Type column. Note: you cannot remove administration from the primary subscription administrator, which is the person who created the subscription.

You can view a users unit portfolio by clicking the "portfolio" link. The number in parenthesis is the total number of units the user has in his or her portfolio.

You can generate a content report on the user by selecting one of the reports in the drop down and clicking the "Go" button.

This page also lists the last login date for each user. Clicking on the last login date link will display a user activity report.
